Foundation Repair Pflugerville TX is a referral website for homeowners in Pflugerville, TX, and nearby parts of Travis and Williamson Counties. This page tells you where to send a concern, based on whether it involves our website or a foundation repair company.

About this website. If a page seems wrong, unclear or unfair, or the way we handled your request let you down, write to us through the contact page with "website question" at the start. Tell us what happened and about when. We read each complaint and look into it.

About a foundation repair company. The company that got your request is its own business. We do not employ it, direct its crews or set its prices. If the trouble is an estimate, a repair, a warranty or how a worker behaved, raise it with that company first. Put it in writing with dates and photos, and keep copies of the contract, the estimate and each receipt.

If that does not settle it. Texas bars false, misleading or deceptive business practices. The Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division accepts consumer complaints about contractors through its website. Concerns about a professional engineer's work go to the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. For permit questions inside city limits, the City of Pflugerville's Building Inspections & Permits office can explain its own process. Texas law also sets notice steps before a defect lawsuit, and your own attorney can walk you through them.

Letting us know. Even when a complaint belongs with the company, please tell us too. Repeated problems weigh on whether we keep sending requests to that company.

This policy does not reduce any right Texas law gives you, and Texas law governs it.
